In my academic life I conducted research on organizational leadership and change, teaching graduate students in these areas. I'm now writing "memoir" that includes a focus on concepts in the context of my life experiences. I want to provide readers with connections to their own lives and thoughts in a way that spurs thinking about the problem of creating meaning in life that is, by its nature, characterized -- and limited -- by isolation and mortality.
